At the homepage, click SIGNUP at the left upper corner.
You will then be routed to a page where you can CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Problems with login - I can't login to my Punkai's account ?
If you are experiencing any problems with logging in –
Make sure you are entering the correct email address that you registered with punkai.
Make sure you are entering the exact password. Passwords are case sensitive.
And make sure that there aren’t any mistype characters or spaces when you type in your email and your password.
You can use the “Forgot Password” link that is located below the login field.
Don’t forget to check on your email’s “spam” or “junk” folder for your
“forgot password” email from punkai.
Sometimes, web browsers may experience some problems, so if you are using Internet Explorer, try opening
the site using a different web browser like Mozilla Firefox, Safari and etc.
If you still experience having problems logging into your account, make sure to clear your temporary
internet files, cookies, and cache files. Web Browsers have a HELP section where you can find the needed
instructions in order to clean those types of files
Problems with editing my profile / It wont update?
If you are experiencing any problems with editing your profile –
Make sure that you save all the changes that you made on your profile. The save button is located at the bottom of the “Edit Profile” page.
If you receive an error message, check on texts and correct the problem. Oftentimes, some of the important information is missing and that would prevent you into saving your changes.

To upload your videos, you need to be logged on to your account first. Click “VIDEOS” located at the top right corner of your profile page. Once on the video page, you can then browse and upload your videos to your profile page.
To upload your music, you need to be logged on to your account first. Click “MUSIC” located at the top right corner of your profile page. Once on the music page, you can then start browsing and uploading your music.
To upload your photos, you need to be logged on to your account first. Click on “UPLOAD PHOTO” and you will be directed to the upload photo page. You can upload a maximum of 5 photos at one time
Visiting a profile of your friend will enable you to send a message to him / her. Just click on the SEND MESSAGE link that is located below your friend’s primary photo. Then start composing your message. When you’re done with your message, click on SEND.
How will I know if somebody had sent me a message?
If you have a new message, you will see a notification that says “New MESSAGE” below your primary photo. Click on that and you will be routed to your inbox page.
To open a message, click on your INBOX or NEW MESSAGE (if you have a new message). Your inbox will display your messages from your friends. Just click on the subject line of the message and you will be able to read your message.
To delete a message, open your INBOX and check on the message that you want to delete. Then click the DELETE button that is located below your inbox. If you wish to delete all of your messages, check on DELETE box that is located above your inbox and click delete.
To reply, open the message then click on REPLY that is located below your message. Then compose your response. Don’t forget to click SEND when you are done.
To set your primary photo, click on upload photo on the navigational bar on your profile and choose which photo from your photo album you wish to set as primary. Click on the “Set as Primary” and that photo will be the one posted on your profile.
Once you have uploaded your photo successfully, you can then enter a description of your photo by key in your title at the description box. Don’t forget to click on “save” to save your photo description.
To chat with other online members, you need to be logged on to your account first. Click on the CHAT icon and you will be routed to our innovative chat room. You can chat with whomever you wish to talk with any given time.
To post a comment, make sure you are log into your account. Click on the ‘Add Comment’ link below your primary photo. Type in your comment on the box provided and click on ‘Post’ located below the box. Your comment will be automatically posted on your friend’s profile.
To delete a comment, just click on the ‘delete’ link that is located at the upper right corner of your comment box. Be reminded that once you delete a comment, you cannot retrieve it back.
To invite friends, just click on the “Invite Friends” link. On the Invite page, just enter the email address of your friends. You can invite multiple friends at one time, just separate your friends email addresses with a comma [,].
There will be a blinking “View Friend’s Request” on your friends list. Click that on and you will be routed to the pending friend’s page. You can either reject or approve the invitation. The choice is all yours.
Currently, Punkai.com can hosts photos as many as you please, on condition that your photo is less than 1mb each. But please do refrain from uploading those images that include the following: pornography, offensive materials, and graphic violence.

How do I search Punkai Members? How do I search Profiles?
To search for members, make sure you are logged in. Then click on “Search” located at the top navigation menu of your punkai’s profile. On the search page, you will see an advance search where you can search for various options like gender, age, country and more and click on “Search Now” and our system will search for members with those criteria. Or better yet, if you are looking for someone specific, you can just enter a friend’s email address on the search box provided.
