Valkyrie is a 2009 historical film that stars Tom Cruise and directed by Bryan Singer. The film was set in Nazy Germany during World War II.
The film is based on the factual story of a heroic German soldier stationed in Africa, Colonel von Stauffenberg (Tom Cruise) who believes that Adolf Hitler is not good for Germany.
He was out in the commission because of the bombing raid where he lost his eye and hand. It brings him to Munich where he was recruited by the German resistance.
The battle is to maneuvering to kill Hitler and stage a revolution. Hitler’s special order “Operation Valkyrie” which he devised to take control over Berlin’s reserve troops was uncovered by Colonel Stauffenberg.
But the Coronel was stunned to learn that there is no really plan exist just right after Hitler’s assassination.
